Which Sellics software edition is right for me- Seller Edition or Vendor Edition?

At Sellics we offer two separate Amazon software platforms for sellers and vendors. Amazon sellers with a Seller Central account can use our Seller Edition software. Amazon vendors with a Vendor Central account can use our Vendor Edition software. If you’re uncertain of your Amazon seller/vendor profile, you can read our article on the differences between them.

How can Sellics help me make more sales on Amazon?

In general, using Sellics to manage your Amazon business will simply make life a lot easier for you. You will have one centralized dashboard where you can track and optimize keyword rankings, see your real profit (we automatically deduct all your Amazon fees), manage customer reviews, track your inventory levels, and improve the profitability of your Amazon ads.

How does Sellics protect my data? Is my data secure?

Will the stored & transmitted data be encrypted / depersonalized?

Is the Sellics software compliant with Amazon's Terms of Service (ToS)?

Yes, Sellics is fully compliant with Amazon’s ToS. We are also an official partner of the Amazon Global Selling Network.

Will I be risking my Amazon account if I use Sellics?

No, Sellics is fully compliant with Amazon’s ToS. We are also an official partner of the Amazon Global Selling Network.

Do any of your founders or employees sell products on Amazon? Will you use customer data for your own use as an Amazon seller?

No, the founders have enough on their hands with Sellics, and all employees have signed private confidentiality contracts preventing this.

Can I get a demo of your software?

Although we cannot offer personal walk-throughs, we offer weekly free interactive webinars for which you can register. There you can also view a recording of one of the previous webinars. This should give you a good overview of the possibilities of using Sellics. Also, you will find explanations and videos about all of our features in our knowledge base, while you can, of course, also ask us any specific questions you may have.

Can I contact you by phone?

Although we cannot offer phone support at this time, we do offer a weekly free webinar where all the main features are explained. Also, if you have any specific questions before signing up for a free trial, we are here to answer them via our chat on the bottom right.

Can I use Sellics for Amazon Merch / Kindleshop?

You can use our Seller Edition software if you have a Seller Central Pro account, unfortunately, other Amazon accounts (Kindle, Merch) will not work.

Yes, this is certainly part of our roadmap, however, we currently cannot provide any ETAs.

Can I use one Sellics account for multiple Seller Central accounts?

Currently you can only integrate one Seller Central account with your Sellics account, however, it is certainly on our roadmap to allow for managing multiple Seller Central accounts using your Sellics account in the future!

Does the free trial include all features?

Yes.

Payment & Pricing
What is the cancellation period for my account?

You can cancel at any time, and your account will then expire at the end of your individual plan cycle (1 month, 6 months or 12 months.)

Can I pay less if I use less features?

No, all features are included in your Sellics account.

Will the pricing change with the addition of more Amazon marketplaces?

No, we do not charge for the addition of new Amazon marketplaces, Sellics users will automatically receive free access to new marketplace integrations.

PPC Manager
Can I use the PPC Manager for managing AMS & Headline Search Ads?

The PPC Manager can currently be used for managing Sponsored Products and Headline Search Ads.

How does the PPC Manager help me with Amazon Sponsored Products?

Our PPC Manager will help you improve the profitability of your Amazon ads, and simultaneously decrease your manual hours spent on PPC management. Our PPC Automation software enables you to automate your keyword bids, and we will automatically change bids, pause keywords, or move keywords to Negative based on your bidding criteria. You can also filter through all your PPC campaigns, ad groups, keywords and search terms and make the necessary manual changes. Customer Reviews
Can I use Sellics to send automatic follow-up emails?

With Sellics you can set up email notifications for incoming reviews and hijacker alerts for your product. We do not offer auto-responder or follow-up emails to customers.

Inventory Management
Can the Sellics inventory management feature be used for both FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) & FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant)?

Yes, either way works.
